Not a café.Not quite coworking.

Coffee shops are busy. Offices are expensive. We’re creating a comfortable place to settle in, focus and feel part of something.

See what it could feel like.

Room to focus, create and stay awhile.

A few early questions.

We’re building a comfortable, community-oriented space in Honolulu. A clean, safe, and welcoming place to focus, connect, and get things done. It’s intended to fill the gap between crowded coffee shops and more expensive traditional coworking spaces.

The space is being designed for students, freelancers, remote workers, entrepreneurs, parents, creatives, and anyone who needs an affordable and inspiring place away from home to work, study, meet others, or have a productive day.

We’re currently exploring locations in town, including McCully, Mōʻiliʻili, and possibly Mānoa. Our priority is finding an affordable, conveniently located space with nearby parking and easy access to public transit. Waitlist responses will also help guide the final location.

Final pricing is still being tested, but we’re targeting an affordable monthly membership for students, freelancers, parents, and others who need a reliable place to get things done. We also plan to offer special pricing and perks for founding members, with waitlist members receiving the first opportunity to join.

We don’t plan to sell food or drinks at launch. To keep membership prices affordable, we’re keeping the space and its operations as simple as possible. The good news is that members will be welcome to bring their own food and drinks.

We’re currently validating demand, evaluating locations, and raising the capital needed to open. Before committing to a space, we want to confirm that Honolulu genuinely wants this and build a model that can remain affordable and sustainable. Waitlist members will receive progress updates and early access.

Our vision is to create true third spaces for Hawaiʻi: clean, safe, and welcoming places outside of home and work where people can focus, gather, build relationships, and feel a sense of belonging. Over time, we hope to open multiple locations across Hawaiʻi so members can easily pop in whenever they need a place to work, study, connect, or recharge.

Yes. We’re seeking partners who want to invest in Hawaiʻi’s students, professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and working families. Sponsorships could support the buildout, technology, community programming, or reduced-cost memberships. Potential benefits may include founding-partner recognition, employee memberships, sponsored spaces or programs, event access, and visibility among our members and the wider community.
