We believe privacy policies should be understandable. This page explains what information esc space collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. The waitlist form does not ask for your name, phone number, payment information, or mailing address.
If you complete our optional follow-up survey, we also collect the answers you choose to provide. Your waitlist email address is not automatically included in the survey link.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may process limited technical information about visits, such as browser type, device type, referring page, approximate location, and pages viewed.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to manage the waitlist, send confirmation emails and occasional project updates, understand interest in the concept, improve the website, and help shape decisions such as location, pricing, amenities, and membership options.
Services we use
Resend: We use Resend to store waitlist contacts and deliver confirmation and project-update emails. Your email address is saved as a contact in our waitlist audience.
Tally: Our optional follow-up survey is hosted by Tally. Tally processes the answers you submit so that we can review and analyze survey responses.
This website is hosted on Vercel and may use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and reports anonymized usage data. We do not send waitlist email addresses to analytics.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information is shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website, manage the waitlist, deliver emails, or process survey responses. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect the security of the website and its users.
How long we keep information
We keep your waitlist email while the project is being developed or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Survey responses may be retained while they remain useful for planning and research. We may keep limited information longer when required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from project updates at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we control. We may need to verify your request before making changes.
Children's privacy
The waitlist is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the project develops or the services we use change. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated date.
